Information We Collect

When you reach out to Turnkey Testing Consultants through our website, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you include about an asbestos, mold, or indoor air quality concern. If you request an inspection or estimate, we may also collect scheduling preferences and, where relevant, insurance claim information you provide to help us coordinate documentation.

Like most business websites, we also use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and general location data (city or region, not precise GPS). This helps us keep the site useful and find and fix broken pages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule inspections or estimates, and prepare documentation you may need for an insurance claim related to mold remediation or asbestos abatement work. We do not use your contact information for purposes beyond what you’d reasonably expect from a company you’ve contacted about a testing or remediation project.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share details with outside parties only when you authorize it, most commonly to coordinate with your insurance carrier or adjuster on a mold or asbestos claim. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our website or scheduling systems, and these providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Turnkey Testing Consultants may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Turnkey Testing Consultants collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and project-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, complete any scheduled work, and maintain documentation that may be needed for insurance or regulatory purposes. After that, we remove or archive records that are no longer needed.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we’ve collected about you and to request its deletion. We serve clients in Burlington, Massachusetts, and do not knowingly collect data from visitors outside the United States, so the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) generally does not apply to our operations; if you believe it does in your case, contact us and we’ll work with you.
